Handmade Message Board & Photo Album

I created this message board and matching photo album for a friend who loves Tigger. I used an old bulletin board and photo album. I purchased quilt batting, fabric, and ribbon. I decorated with buttons, push pins, and a tigger furry bracelet on top.
